Delightful classic library clock by the famous firm of Barraud & Lunds in a contrasting coloured, architectural case of rich mahogany and ebonised pear wood. The silvered rectangular dial has Roman numerals and is signed Barraud & Lunds, Cornhill, London and is numbered 2129. The large rectangular chain and fusee movement is also signed and numbered on the back plate. The pendulum is beautifully made with a substantial bob and fine regulating screw. This clock retains it original numbered winding key and also comes with a receipt of purchase from 1958.
